King Tito SA

Thato Wolf, goes by the stage name King Tito SA and he is an 051 based multi-creative. King Tito was born on the 18th of September 2003 in Bloemfontein and he is a song writer, performer, singer and rapper. He is also a graphic designer and the co-founder of New Age Entertainment.

At a very young age King Tito enjoyed listening to music and he wanted to see himself sharing his stories through music like major artists and this of course led to the beginning of his creative career. So one day, King Tito’s brother, cousin and his school friend came up with a beat and they told him that they need to start producing music. With that they produced the first song called Bona Fela and after releasing the song he started falling deeply in love with producing music and from that moment on, he was unstoppable, reaslising that producing music was a very big deal.

All SFTB Creatives are motivated by either a famous creative talent or someone close to them, so for King Tito even though he was influenced by the big artists namely Emtee, A-Reece and Cassper Nyovest, he got motivation from within. King Tito motivated himself as well and he says “…another thing is that I also got motivation from myself and while I was still pushing, I achieved things that kept me motivated and that made me push harder”. King Tito was also nominated by the Mzansi Arts and Music Awards 2022.

As an artist he attends a lot of events and where he also participated in the DJ Arch Jr Beat Challenge created by thee DJ Arch Jr. And he also mentioned that he began receiving support from a lot of people around him, complementing his music, which increased his confidence and placed him in a position where he would build his career and make a difference in his creative career.

SFTB Creatives have it the hard way sometimes and it is part of the journey, the road to success, the road to the highest peak of their careers and with King Tito, things were beginning to become quite difficult for the production of his music because sometimes he would not have the necessary funds to pay the studio and its works, he would also struggle to upload his music on the internet.

He was also receiving very little support and sometimes people would not even bother listening to his music. He mentions that “When it came to gigs I was struggling to go out sometimes to perform because folks couldn’t support what I was doing, they did not allow me to go out at night to perform…’’

He carries on telling the SFTB team that “people always pretended to support you while they spoke bad things behind your back.” It is what a lot of SFTB Creatives and the artists out there faced at some point because probably people did not feel the need to take at least 3 minutes of their own time listening to the music. But none of that stopped the King Tito from doing what he enjoyed doing. It is all about the type of character a SFTB Creative can maintain that will keep them pushing the limits.

So what we expect from King Tito 2022 is an EP called Having Undefined Life and music from the genre Amapiano. He will be dropping a few singles here and there while we are still awaiting and expecting the EP to drop later on.
